Outdoor & Natural-Light Dog Photography in Niagara

There's a kind of light that only happens for the hour before sunset — warm, golden, and
soft. It's my favourite time to photograph dogs.

I work entirely with natural light in some of the most  beautiful outdoor locations across Niagara, so every portrait looks and feels as worthy as the love behind it: your dog exactly as they are, wrapped in a warm glow that makes an  image look and feel like a painting.  No studio, no harsh flash –just open fields, quiet trails, vineyards, beaches, and a dog being wholeheartedly themselves.

I welcome suggestions if you have a favourite location of your own. And if your dog is elderly, or just more comfortable at home, we can create beautiful photographs there too.  

I'll go to the ends of the earth to find the light, the location, and the moment that makes your pet look exactly like the superstar they already are.

The best images happen when your dog is free to sniff, explore and simply be themselves — and most dogs are photographed on a leash you'll never see in the finished art.

We'll spend about 90 unhurried minutes together, following your dog's lead. For the shy ones, the uncertain ones, the dogs who need a little more time to decide if they trust you — I've learned to simply wait. I never rush, never force, never push. I let them come to me in their own time, and they always do. In ten years, I have never once failed to come home with beautiful images.

Two to three weeks later, you'll choose your favourite images and we'll turn them into beautiful artwork for your home.
